Tried many times but was still unable to apply for a health card. First, it stuck at fetching the health centre. Able to fetch the health centre by updating the address in the app, then it crashes when I upload the rental agreement. Overall, it was very slow. I have to clock multiple times at each step to make it work.

I have submitted the documents in this app, but after final submission when I scroll down to click done button, scroll down not happened and unfortunately not able to submit documents online

Not able to apply for health card. It's stuck at step 2. Unable to fetch catchment area even after updating my address in Metrash2. Very slow customer support as well. No one has gotten back to me regarding the issue after submitting so many requests.
