Such a frustrating app. Nearly every time you have to log in. Just remember my login, it's not difficult. Is often slow to respond. You need to have megas to buy megas! It runs out but doesn't tell you until you use your entire credit. Almost the worst app I have ever used. EDIT... Contacting customer services is frustrating. You have to repeat the same questions 3-4 times. They have no urgency to your issues experienced.

The app requires forcible update and when it goes to update process, it doesn't!! I call vodafone and the reply is you have to upgrade the software of your device to version 16. I did, but still the app rejects to open or update!! I called vodafone again. The reply is our app is under maintenance process!! Different answers are given to customers which assures the lack of professionality.

I have recharged QR 10 last week 20/10/25 through online mobile app. The amount was deducted from bank. But still I didn't get the amount in my Vodafone account. I called customer care they said it will be refunded within 2 hours, after 2 hours when I called they said within 24 hours amount will be refunded. And after a day I called they said within 3 days will be solved. Still this issue is not solved. Today 26/10/25 I am writing this review. They give false promises and cheating us..
