Ratings and reviews

Just the slowest app there is. Often doesn't open certain pages and will forget you as a user every month. Google pay stopped working on it a few months ago. can't imagine that a phone company would have such a bad app (and services) in any other country

Why is the app always open in the background? Edit: even with the latest update the app still runs all the time in the background. Please fix it. Edit2: Another app update, still not fixed. . . Now 2 updates still not fixed. Edit3: April update, still not fixed. Edit4: April 30 update, still not fixed.

I am changing my rating because my Vodafone Qatar app is still not user-friendly “My Usage” option is not helpful, as it does not properly show usage details or clearly explain how much data or service has been used, like in a postpaid connection. Secondly, I recharged my account today, 19/03/2026 at 10:36 AM, but the application was showing the date as 17/03/2026. Why incorrect information?
