The Quasar Wallet application connects to the Quasar Digital Currency network and can be used to send and receive payments.
The Quasar network is still in beta release. The wallet app is provided on an "as is" basis and without warranties of any kind. The Quasar wallet software can be downloaded and used for own personal non-commercial use. The money in the system and the service provider QBank are virtual and for testing purposes only. Availability of the blockchain nodes (Quasar Testnet) cannot be guaranteed as we continue our development on the system.
Quasar is a distributed, permissioned blockchain-based electronic cash system with built-in rules to fulfill regulatory and compliance guidelines. Quasar users have two types of accounts: blue accounts that are connected to a regulated service provider or bank, and red accounts that can be freely created. Quasar wallets can be used by people to receive or send money, but also by machines in the internet of things.
