Some aspects are great I really like some aspects, like the session switching. I also appreciated the extra buttons and their popup system, beats JuiceSSH and ServerAuditor on that part. I miss snippets and grouping of hosts though. The interface doesn't really feel like it's following android standards either. Some elements feels a bit clumsy.
Unable to keep up with typing I gave it a 1 star rating because it was not usable for me. It kept dropping/missing characters. I could feel the keyboard buzz telling me that it registered the keypress as i typed but some characters didnt appear on the screen. Am using a samsung tablet. With other terminal program, they work perfectly.
Does not register keystrokes in a timely manner. How does a terminal emulator drop keys? I have to type 1 char per second. I wanted to like it. Like the multisession management, however it is useless if it drops keys. I tried on Google Pixel C and Samsung Chromebook Pro, Both exhibit the same issue. JuiceSSH worked like a champ, however it does not have the multisession ability Reflection has. Unfortunately. Reflection is useless to me.
Keeps timing out when I try to connect as normal. Doesn't matter how fast or slow I punch the credentials. And then suddenly after 5 identical failed attempts it suddenly works. It's the kind of bug that makes your stomach turn slightly more each time you use the software and finally you spill beans in a negative review
Serves my purpose but, I cannot find a way to use command like ctrl+shift+c or v for copy paste on shell..
I know the app was supposed to be optimized for a server management environment, but I found the interface to be very clunky and unmanuverable
- “Unable to resolve.." error while attempting a connection using standard IP address vs domain name
- "Connection to host timed out." Message being presented frequently for SSH
