This is a fraudulent app. I've had multiple instances of food not arriving after I placed my order. I recently placed an order for breakfast and had to pay twice because I didn't receive an order confirmation or payment confirmation. When I called their helpline, I was told that the order would be delivered on time, but it didn't arrive, and I was told that there was a technical issue. Please avoid this app!

I had good experience ordering for the first time from RailRestro. They delivered the food promptly and quality was good. The on call support person was very helpful and re-assuring. Highly recommended! Only improvement I would suggest is to make the order status tracking better. Could not track it on app and had to do multiple times on the web page.
