Worst experience ever. Ordered a food on the way to Tirupathi but not delivered the food and there is no option to track it too. We were hungry and had to travel with empty stomach. If it's not possible to deliver the we should get intimation about it or atleast we should get the cancellation message. Worst app. Would have rated negative if there was an option.

Hi, This is the first time i am using this app, I tried to order the food but when the payment was done, it showed error - session log out. But the order Order id # 2600637 was placed, I didn't know, also I didn't received any confirmation sms/email. Later, I placed other order, this time, it's is placed, so now I have 2 orders, I want to cancel one, I am not getting option, pls check and help me Cacel this order - Order id # 2600637, I have placed the another order.

Please don't buy food from this app. Food quality, packing and over priced don't meet expectations. Food quality and packing is very very poor, 1 out of 100. In food price excludes packing, GST, delivery charges and also food is over priced. Its better to go with a local vendors.
