Horrible exchange/returns experience. The courier doesnt show up for 3 days and then I had to courier the package to their warehouse. Also these guys are very sly with the way they have kept hidden if a product is returnable or not in the deacription which is a collapsed field (barely anyone reads description, especially if the field is collapsed)

Your marketing of premium product neither applies to the app nor the customer service. Price difference between cart and payment page, non responsive customer support, buggy chatbot and ofcourse many products miss material description. Also tried calling the customer support it doesn't work either. 2 stars are for the UI.

pathetic! be aware don't order your money will get stuck delivery never happens , I have ordered and experienced no response no back-end team to respond. you will suffer through a lot of frustration. they block younon chat and on email mentioning limit is full and then you have no option other than letting money go.
