Buddy Up! is a LGBTQ+ housemate platform designed to help queer people connect, bond and search for housing together so that they can turn any flat on the market into a queer home. We help you connect with other queer flatmates based on location, lifestyle and personality. So whether you’re relocating or just looking for a more inclusive space, we make it quick and easy to find the right people to build your new home.

ALL QUEER: We exclusively serve the queer community, saving you time and making it much easier to find LGBTQ+ new friends to live with for a safer, happier and more supportive new living situation.
FLATMATE-FIRST: We’re focused on sparking the housemate bond *first* so people never have to make a choice between finding an ideal flat and living with a safe and supportive housemate.
STRENGTHENING COMMUNITY: In a time when loneliness is rampant, we believe that helping to connect queer flatmates for safe and supportive living situations is a first step to not only solving loneliness inside the home, but connecting friend groups and knitting communities more tightly together for everyone.
IRL EVENTS: Before we ever had an app, we began with queer housemate mixers — and that won’t stop. We know that as much as online platforms can help, there’s nothing as strong as feeling out compatibility in person. Plus, our mixers are also catalysts for new queer friendships!
