App doesn't work. I've tried every troubleshooting steps to get it to work before contacting customer service but even they dont know what's wrong on their end for the app. I provide details regarding the app saying, " DuranGo! is currently out of service. DuranGo! operates from Monday to Sunday, 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and DuranGo! Outside from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please try again later." Been trying to get a ride for months. App needs some work.

No log in button, so don't log out or you can't use your phone number again. It's awesome when the app works.

When it works, amazing service. But the app seems to send the bus to the wrong spot based on old data.
