Ive used it a lot! The problems are that it doesn't always tell you when the driver is there but sometimes it does. My card declined so I used the cash options and a day later my card was charged $5. Then it's been unusable for the past 2 days. I've tried Uninstalling and that doesn't work. I finally booked a ride and then it said the service was unavailable and my request could not be completed and then a driver showed up as I got another ride and was leaving!

Cool idea and the ride went smoothly, we had a very good driver c: in case anyone didn't know like me, it's 5 dollars per person, they don't make multiple stops and they take exact change. Maybe the last part will change when usage picks up. I'd have given it 5 stars if the card payment option was working. It'd also be nice for it to run a bit later but it's great for what it is.

I don't understand how to work this app. It doesn't do what I expected it to do, like set up appointments for dial a ride or to show you the location of a bus and what buses to take to get to your destination. This app does none of these things. You can't pay with the card on it. It really is useless. It is easier just to call customer service to set up appointments.
