Legis Mobile offers access to Romanian legislation, updated immediately after the documents appear in the Official Gazette. The tools made available facilitate a detailed understanding of the content of the text of the normative act.
The search for a legislative document can be done quickly, by entering a desired word/fragment of text (in the title or content of the act) or on the basis of several criteria, with their choice or completion: act type, act number, act year, publication, issuer and calendar interval for the date of entry into force. The designed search algorithm is optimal, returning precise results instantly. The marking of the results is done by highlighting in the content of the act, the identified sequence, in a different background color.
By default, when accessing a legislative document, the application displays the current form of the act, but provides you with the calendar "Consult the consolidated form" where you can choose the date on which you want the consolidated form to be displayed. The changed text is highlighted by a distinct color, as is the content of the explanatory notes, to facilitate the understanding of the changes applied at the document level.
Likewise, references to other normative acts or even to articles in the open act are displayed as links, which can be accessed. After accessing a reference, you will be positioned exactly on the referenced article, without the need to scroll the screen.
The search facility at the level of the act, when it is already displayed, offers the possibility of quickly identifying the sequence of text about which you want to read information. Jumping from one result to another is done automatically, as is positioning on the found sequence, which is distinctly marked. The "Back to top" function facilitates, with a simple touch of the button, the jump to the beginning of the document.
Increase or decrease the font size, for a reading experience that best suits your preferences, directly from the application menu!

The Company Reports module - the content is taken from the Official Monitor of Romania, Part IV, available on the website https://monitoruloficial.ro/e-monitor/.
The Bulletin of Insolvency Procedures module – the content is taken from the Bulletin of Insolvency Procedures, available on the website https://myportal.onrc.ro.
Court filing module - the content is taken from the court portal (https://portal.just.ro) and from the website of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (www.scj.ro).
