About this app

ING Home'Bank is like a control panel for your money. You simply login with the username you choose and your fingerprint / password / digipass and you have access to all banking operations.

Pay with your Phone
You don't even need to carry your wallet with you. Take the phone, unlock the screen, move it closer to the POS and you're done, you paid Simple and Fast.

Fingerprint Login
You have access to Home'Bank with a single tap with the fingerprint authentication option. You can activate it from the Account Settings - Fingerprint Authentication menu.

Update your Data
Do you want to update your personal data? Nothing easier! Click on the Account Settings - My Data menu and you can change your data at any time.

Pay Utility Bills
With Scan & Pay you pay the bills with your phone as fast as making a selfie. Then confirm with password or digipass and you're ready, you paid for it. Simple and fast.

Find the closest ATM
You need money to get out of town, but don't know where is the nearest ING ATM? Access the Home'Bank app on your phone and find it immediately with the ATM Locator option.

In addition to mobile Phone Payments, Transfers and Invoice Payments, from ING Home'Bank you can, for example, make a Life Insurance Policy or Open a New Account and order a New Card. In short, you can do almost any of your banking business.

The app is ok. The new feature that allows you to pay the bills is not working correctly. I registered three different providers (mobile phone, electricity and tv/internet) and the feature works only with one of those providers. In addition I tried to give this feedback inside the app instead of writing a review here, but I couldn't find that option. --- Indeed the bills are visible 2 days before due date.

Cristian, facturile sunt afisate in Home'Bank in momentul in care sunt trimise de catre furnizori, cu cateva zile inainte de scadenta sau in data scadenta.

Mostly is nice, easy to work with (more than others), intuitive, but it has some bugs & pretty often is working very slow/stop working at all. Would be also helpful to have also all utilities providers at one click already saved in the system with updated details & just choose yours from a find search bar.(like I've seen to some other online banking apps) & found it very helpful. I love the fact that I have a savings account easy to access if necessary/ just "throw" some money when available.

Once you set ING Pay, it crashes and never manages to start again unless you clear all its data. Furthermore, ING Pay is the default option when choosing to enable paying with your phone. Virtual card through google pay works though, but you have to go to manage cards -> create virtual card in order to do so. Funny thing is that the ING Pay option is there as well with a plethora of disabled cards from my previous attempts. It still fails to connect to the internet sometimes.

We’ve started displaying our umbrellas both on the busy streets and in Home’Bank. Our Products page has a new umbrella banner that will help you have an overview of what products and services you can find in the app.

Don’t worry, you can still search through them as before, the icon is in the top right corner.

And, as always, we use every update to include little fixes and optimizations.
