About this app

ING Home'Bank is like a control panel for your money. You simply login with the username you choose and your fingerprint / password / digipass and you have access to all banking operations.

Pay with your Phone
You don't even need to carry your wallet with you. Take the phone, unlock the screen, move it closer to the POS and you're done, you paid Simple and Fast.

Fingerprint Login
You have access to Home'Bank with a single tap with the fingerprint authentication option. You can activate it from the Account Settings - Fingerprint Authentication menu.

Update your Data
Do you want to update your personal data? Nothing easier! Click on the Account Settings - My Data menu and you can change your data at any time.

Pay Utility Bills
With Scan & Pay you pay the bills with your phone as fast as making a selfie. Then confirm with password or digipass and you're ready, you paid for it. Simple and fast.

Find the closest ATM
You need money to get out of town, but don't know where is the nearest ING ATM? Access the Home'Bank app on your phone and find it immediately with the ATM Locator option.

In addition to mobile Phone Payments, Transfers and Invoice Payments, from ING Home'Bank you can, for example, make a Life Insurance Policy or Open a New Account and order a New Card. In short, you can do almost any of your banking business.

The app is ok. The new feature that allows you to pay the bills is not working correctly. I registered three different providers (mobile phone, electricity and tv/internet) and the feature works only with one of those providers. In addition I tried to give this feedback inside the app instead of writing a review here, but I couldn't find that option. --- Indeed the bills are visible 2 days before due date.

Cristian, facturile sunt afisate in Home'Bank in momentul in care sunt trimise de catre furnizori, cu cateva zile inainte de scadenta sau in data scadenta.

Congratulations for the new feature of pre booking a loan from the app. However, you lost one really useful feature, people cannot do multiple simultations, for different amounts, and see the loan breakdown. Once you receive the offer for one amount, so you can see the breakdown of your monthly payment, you cannot simulate for another amount... Previously you could do this and was really useful. Currently you cannot even see the breakdown for both fixed interest and variable interest....

We planned the app flow as a step for when you've mostly already made up your mind, but we'll discuss your feedback in the team.

Updated the rating from 1 to 3.... ING's response makes sense (about not supporting older versions of Android) but I still feel a different solution might have been better. Also, the app should more clearly indicate why it does not work, instead of leaving the user in the dark to find for solutions. Initial review: No longer working with Xiaomi Redmi 4x, Snapdragon 435 octa-core, 3GB RAM, Android 7.1.2. Won't update in Google Play (I get a message the app is no longer compatible with my phone). On this phone, I've been using the app for years and for the last two years it was very slow. Works fine on a newer phone, tough, but I find no reason not to keep the app compatible with older phones too, if the specs are good enough. 3GB RAM and octa-core CPU should run the app just fine. No reason to make the app nto compatible with Android 7 either.

Hi there and thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we don't support Android versions older than 8 because they no longer receive security updates from the manufacturer, which means they can't enable a safe experience. You can safely use the web/browser version of Home'Bank, which can also be accessed on phones.

We want you to feel more and more at home in Home’Bank, so we’re updating our Payments Hub for a more personalized experience! You can now choose which types of payments to pin on top for faster access and below them you’ll see your most frequent payments for quick transfers.
