Ratings and reviews

Recently I have paid for a Pro package to promovate an existing listing. The Pro package includes 9 reactualizations and even with this they inactivated my listing and ask me to make another payment to make it active on the website. The app does not have a live support service and you only are able to send a one request via a web form and wait for being contacted. Very poor experience - avoid an find alternatives.

Be aware!! Not all posts are free, only some of them. You will find out that after you install the app, make your personal data available to them when you sign up, compose your post and try to place it. Only then the app will tell you "you reached the maximum number of free posts" even this is your first one. They don't even say "this post is not free". You can't also delete the post, they will keep it till you decide to pay. That's stupid. I've closed the account and uninstalled the app.

Worse with every update. With this update formatting is gone. Everything wrote in one paragraph. Previously every time I placed the cursor in one place to re-edit the text, the new words would jump at the very end of the text. This never got fixed. Tried to find on the app where to report app issues, found no lead. Changing the category for an ad is not possible, bots, reports that go nowhere and the list goes on forever. Saw no improvements over the years.
