Ratings and reviews

Loading times for the app have been getting higher and higher. I have been experiencing multiple crashes. Getting to see your balance across all of your accounts is not at a glance, is now buried one level down in the app, and counterintuitive to find the path to it. The overall snappiness of the app has been decreasing over the years. Not to mention late upgrades to new versions of Android, blocking users from access to the app.

You can't update personal details from the application. Even after you update them in one of their offices they still call for extra details. You can't close accounts from the mobile app. When you try to approve a transaction after you approve it and go back to the smart app it asks you to re-login sometimes and you have to do the transaction all over again. I am thinking of moving my assets to another bank.

New update: Can no longer take screen shots of the app. Payments I made in the past are no longer instant. I can no longer generate the proof of transaction PDF because the transaction isn't happening. Now I have to supervise the app I think. Overall a great improvement to security. I feel assured that what I'm trying to do takes more time and effort than before. I especially love having to use another phone to take pictures of my screen. Keep it up! Can't even find a proper settings menu!
