Ratings and reviews

It's easy to use and smart, but there are still some features to be improved. Later edit: converting functionality sucks. There is a happy hour which is really appreciated, but since you can't Exchange / transfer between your Account more than maybe 40% of the Total input amount (because of a technical bug) I find this functionality very frustrating. I reporter this already to the Bank by Email a few days ago, but nö Response received. Dissapointing.

Raiffeisen it is time to integrate the Smart Token app with Smart Mobile app and upgrade the interface (it is quite outdated). Additionally, you should add new functionalities as anticipated credit reimbursement options and others. Digital is the future.

Edit: been a while, somebody got a better designer or the old one learned a lot. UX is miles away from the first release. Terrible UX. No way of telling if it's just info header, if it's input, if it's a list you have to select from. They all look the same. And worst of all, you have to authenticate EVERY single time you open the app, which makes it a very tedious process. Because you have to open the token app, with a start screen that takes too long, and I have a flagship performance phone.

What's new

With this new version, you will be able to view the details on your debit cards directly in the application. Upgrade it now for other performance improvements and to fix small bugs you may have encountered.
