The new application is horrible!!! Those 4 big yellow buttons, no reason to be there, you can touch them by mistake. Everything inside this app is a mess. Why transactions just for 30 days? I can't find my transaction at all. On the old one, everything was clear and easy to use!!! Yes it's true, I can't find my transactions on flexideposit on my phone and on your stupid new web site! Both are horribile!

Bună ziua, în momentul de față, opțiunea menționată nu se regăsește în funcționalitățile aplicației Noul Smart Mobile, însă lucrăm la integrarea acestei opţiuni, fiind una din soluţiile viitoare de îmbunătăţire a experienţei clienţilor în Smart Mobile. Mulţumim pentru mesaj!

Why on earth am I asked to confirm personal details multiple times a day at least twice a week lately??! This app is supposed to make my life easier, transactions faster and overall experience lean.

Persistent issues with the "smart" token. 8/10 times when I try to confirm a payment, when opening the smart token app it asks me to activate it over and over as if it weren't active before.
