The new mobile banking app, Raiffeisen Smart Mobile Business, for SME companies has a brand-new, intuitive design, with the most important banking services and products!

Main features:
You’ll find everything easier, due to the brand new, intuitive interface.
It’s much easier to send a payment as now we have a unique form for transfers.
The new Dashboard shows all your company's accounts. You can personalize the Dashboard and make it your own, using a simple “drag&drop”.
You can download account statements for all accounts opened.
You can schedule future payments, bill payments and you can save them into templates.
You can upload a salary payment file and authorize it.
You can park payments and authorize more payments all at once.
You can change your user name any way you like.
You can add our new Raiffeisen SmartToken app and give up the old physical token!
You can find your closest ATM, Multifunctional ATM or branch near you.
You can open an additional account directly from app
You can recover your username
You can open a deposit in the local currency, lei. Just complete and sign the electronic form for direct establishment from the application.
All your cards will be visible in the section “Your cards” directly from Dashboard.

Ratings and reviews

Way worse than the previous one, except the templates part (which by the way are lost after installing this version, but you can recreate all of them from previous payments) and maybe the account statements part. You have to be lucky to change the profile. Login, profiles change, transactions trigger some transitory screenes with false messages which dissappear fast (including from the Smart Token app). Interacting with the app was far better before, the initial display of all the accounts also!

It's a shame. App doesn't work for almost 1 week already. Uninstall and re-install doesn't fix the issues. Raised a complain but they don't know when IT support will sort this out. Same issues with smart token and smart mobile.

It ruins the whole process, the authorization keeps processing but doesnt show me that the transaction is processed and when I do the whole process again and get the confirmation the balance shows that the money has been deduced for all the previous transactions. I am having loads of issues with this app.
