I've created an account cause it was the faster way to login in on some official websites. Unfortunately I forgot the password and I had to register again. Unusual and highly unnecessary. Currently, I'm waiting for more than 7 days, for someone to validate my account. What is the point of an app, if someone is manually validating something which can be fully automated? Just another version of "dosar cu șina" in 2026.

"Internal error has occurred." This happens every time I try to log in. Support is inexistent. I've submitted 2 support requests and for months there has not been a reply or a fix for this. So I can't use the app to do anything. Useless!

I'm 50 and worked in IT for a long time. But couldn't go through the registration process (they ask you to put the ID card in a fix position ON the back of the phone, Jesus). Incredibly unprofessional.
