The application allows the automatic transmission of geographic coordinates from the mobile phone of the person who reports an emergency on the Romanian territory directly to the 112 Service if it has an active data connection and a phone compatible with the localization function.

It needs an active internet connection to detect location. It doesn't guarantee the location will be correct. The content is in English with no option to switch to Romanian when it's intended to be used for Romania only. This is not a life-saving app, this was just another way for the implementers to make a lot of money over a very poor and cheap product

Requiring active internet connection to send your location is an absolute no-go knowing that this app is advertised to be "helpful" in case of emergency. Coordinates can be sent via SMS (the government could finance this service) so a paniced victim has simple things to do: either call or send their location or both.

The app need alot of improvements!! 1.First of all set a 10m range of diameter for location, no more or free, with an average of 15m at maximum permitted. 2.Need to have possibility to create a profile for users where there you can have to complete your name,phone number, 3 referral numbers who can confirm or help in X situation, your address where you live and other things who can give accuracy of location, without this is 0 help in 99% of cases. 3. App need to work without or with internet.
