About this app

MyElectrica application allows you to manage your account on a smartphone or tablet.

Minimum required Android OS version: 4.4 KitKat.

With MyElectrica mobile application you can quickly and easily communicate your self-read index, have access to your consumption history, view issued invoices and payments made, pay online your invoice anytime, anywhere, or find answers to your questions.

To find out how simple it is, download the application to benefit from the following features:
- Login to the application with the same password used in the customer web page
- Transmission of the self-read index
- Preview of the issued invoices, their status
- Online invoice payment
- Preview of the consumption graph, your payment history
- Location on the map of the customer relationship offices
- Contact your provider by sending a message

For authentication, you must enter the username and password you use to sign in to the customer web page. If you do not have an account, you can create one directly in the application or using the www.MyElectrica.ro web page.

The application can ask you to make phone calls (so you can make calls directly from the app), to access the location (so we can display the nearest customer relationship office) and send notifications and alerts concerning the information in the customer account.

The application will not access and process any personal data other than those submitted at the end of the supply contract.

Data and information are securely transferred to the mobile device using the SSL protocol. For full details on how information is used, please see the Privacy Policy.

Very buggy, riddled with errors: from log-on to self-meter submitting, very, very bad experience. As a matter of fact, Electrica, I cannot connect to the app to pay the bill... Here's an idea: save the costs of delayed payments and funnel the money into a better app, so we can pay on time. You'd think they've mastered the dark magic of app development...

Index self-reading is not workig as expected. I enter the new index in the input field, then press on the "Transmite index" button. A succesful toast modal pop-up in the upper part of the screen, but nothing else. I can press the button as many times as I want, because nothing will happen. I think it's quite confusing for a user. Thank you!

The index submitting does not work. I keep sending it every month, I even receive a confirmation but the index does not show up as registered. Worse, the actual page where all the history for index should be does not show anything. And it does not seem to matter to the developer. Update: seems this issue keeps happening but now this is affecting the contract. So probably the best way to solve this is by contacting the legal authority.
