About this app

MyElectrica application allows you to manage your account on a smartphone or tablet.

Minimum required Android OS version: 4.4 KitKat.

With MyElectrica mobile application you can quickly and easily communicate your self-read index, have access to your consumption history, view issued invoices and payments made, pay online your invoice anytime, anywhere, or find answers to your questions.

To find out how simple it is, download the application to benefit from the following features:
- Login to the application with the same password used in the customer web page
- Transmission of the self-read index
- Preview of the issued invoices, their status
- Online invoice payment
- Preview of the consumption graph, your payment history
- Location on the map of the customer relationship offices
- Contact your provider by sending a message

For authentication, you must enter the username and password you use to sign in to the customer web page. If you do not have an account, you can create one directly in the application or using the www.MyElectrica.ro web page.

The application can ask you to make phone calls (so you can make calls directly from the app), to access the location (so we can display the nearest customer relationship office) and send notifications and alerts concerning the information in the customer account.

The application will not access and process any personal data other than those submitted at the end of the supply contract.

Data and information are securely transferred to the mobile device using the SSL protocol. For full details on how information is used, please see the Privacy Policy.

It took me some time to realize that despite sending regular, monthly index readings through the app, the reason why I keep getting invoices only once in a while is because the app simply doesn't register the new entry. So instead of being able to see a proper monthly breakdown of consumption, I have 2 entries for this year that actually pop up. And then the invoices that are sent out are for major sums when it finally records a reading. Absolutely useless.

The index submitting does not work. I keep sending it every month, I even receive a confirmation but the index does not show up as registered. Worse, the actual page where all the history for index should be does not show anything. And it does not seem to matter to the developer.

The worst app Ive ever had to use. Cant send the index to an adress, index page only loads when it wants to and now it wont even let me log in at all. "Certificate has expired".. Cool, so how about instead of just locking me out you give me a new damn Certificate??
