칭찬스티커를 활용한 유아의 습관 교육 어플

키즈해빛은 칭찬스티커를 활용해서 아이 스스로 좋은 습관을 만들어 가게 하는 앱으로, 소아과 의사가 직접 개발했습니다.


1.스티커주기 (작은 습관 만들기)

언제 어디서나 바로 아이에게 칭찬스티커를 어플로 주고 쌓은 포인트로 상을 드립니다.

2.자녀모드 (시간 습관 만들기)

아이가 핸드폰을 하거나 TV를 볼때 약속한 시간을 지키면 누적 시간으로 상을 드립니다.




Step 1. 이벤트 배너 참여하기
메인 화면의 이벤트 배너를 보고 스티커를 받을 분의 정보를 입력하고 참여합니다.

Step 2. 가족등록
- 먼저 회원가입을 하고 가족을 등록합니다. 부모님과 아이의 정보를 꼼꼼히 입력합니다.

Step 3. 약속만들기
- 칭찬스티커를 사용하기 위해선 먼저 아이와 약속을 해야 합니다. 칭찬스티커 몇 장을 받으면 어떤 보상을 해줄지에 대한 약속입니다. (예: 칭찬스티커 10개를 받으면 주말에 아빠랑 놀이동산 가서 놀기)
- 칭찬스티커는 ‘자녀모드’를 사용하여 스마트폰 시간관리를 잘 했을 때 자동으로 주어집니다. 또 아이가 칭찬받을 만한 행동을 했을 때, 부모님이 직접 줄 수도 있습니다.

Step 4. 키즈해빛 주요기능 사용하기

칭찬스티커 주기
- 자녀모드 말고도 아이가 칭찬받을 행동을 하면, 부모님이 바로 칭찬스티커를 줄 수 있습니다.
- 유아들은 기억력이 짧으므로 칭찬받을 일을 했을 때, 즉시 칭찬스티커를 발급해야 교육적 효과가 높습니다. 편리한 위젯기능으로 어디서든 바로 칭찬스티커를 주세요.

자녀모드 사용하기
- 자녀모드는 자가긍정 훈육법을 이용하여 아이의 스마트폰 사용시간을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있습니다.
- 아이가 스마트폰을 달라고 하면, ‘자녀모드’의 사용시간을 분 단위로 설정(하루 최대 1시간 이내)하여 줍니다. 키즈해빛이 아이에게 약속을 환기시키고 세 번의 알람을 울려 스스로 스마트폰을 내려놓게 합니다.
- 아이가 알람에 따라 스마트폰을 그만두면 ‘성공’시간이 기록되고, 칭찬스티커가 주어집니다.

개인모드와 가족모드 사용하기
- 부모님이 먼저 솔선하여야 아이도 따릅니다. ‘개인모드’를 사용하여 부모님도 스마트폰 사용을 관리해 보세요. 부모님이 스스로 스마트폰 제한시간을 정하고 그 시간을 지키면 ‘성공’시간이 기록됩니다.
- 가족이 모여 있는 동안은 스마트폰 사용을 자제하고 아이와 함께 시간을 보내 보세요. ‘가족모드’의 제한시간을 부모님 두 분이 함께 정하고, 그 시간 동안 스마트폰 사용을 멈춥니다. 두 분 모두 정한 시간을 지키면 ‘성공’시간이 기록됩니다.

기타 유용한 기능:
- 통계보기와 랭킹확인하기를 사용하여 일목요연하게 성공시간을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 커뮤니티와 가족앨범 기능을 이용하여 다른 회원과 대화하고 소통하여, 서로 격려하고 친목을 도모하며 각종 정보를 나눌 수 있습니다.
- 유용하고 전문적인 육아와 훈육정보가 분야별로 계속하여 제공됩니다.

Habit education app of infants using praise stickers

Kids Sunlight is a app that lets children make good habits by using praise stickers, developed by pediatricians.


1.Sticker cycle (making small habits)

Anytime, anywhere immediately give a praise sticker to the app to give the points to the accumulated points.

2.Child Mode (Making Time Habits)

If your child keeps the promised time when they play a cell phone or watch TV, they will be rewarded with cumulative time.




Step 1. Participate in the event banner
View the event banner on the main screen, enter the information of the person who will receive the sticker, and participate.

Step 2. Family Registration
-Register first and register your family. Enter your parents' and children's information thoroughly.

Step 3. Make an appointment
-In order to use the praise sticker, you must first make an appointment with your child. It's a promise of what rewards you will get if you get some complimentary stickers. (E.g. if you get 10 compliment stickers, go play with your dad on the weekend)
-Complimentary stickers are automatically given when you use smart phone time management using 'Children's Mode'. Parents may also give their children when they have behaved commendably.

Step 4. Using key features of Kids Sunlight

Praise sticker cycle
-In addition to the child mode, if your child acts to be praised, parents can give praise stickers immediately.
-Infants have a short memory, so when they get a compliment, they must issue a praise sticker immediately. Give a praise sticker anywhere with a convenient widget.

Using Child Mode
-Child mode can effectively control the child's smartphone using time using self-positive discipline.
-If your child asks you to use your smartphone, set the child time in minutes (up to 1 hour per day). Kids Sunlight reminds your child of your appointment and lets you put your smartphone down by ringing three alarms.
-When the child stops the smartphone according to the alarm, the 'success' time is recorded, and a praise sticker is given.

Using Personal Mode and Family Mode
-Parents should take the lead first, children will follow. Use ‘Personal Mode’ to help your parents manage their smartphone use. If parents set their own smartphone timeout and keep it, the time of success will be recorded.
-Do not use your smartphone while family is together, spend time with your child. Two parents set a time limit for 'Family Mode' and stop using the smartphone during that time. If both of you keep the time you set, ‘success’ will be recorded.

Other useful features:
-You can check the success time at a glance using the statistics view and check the ranking.
-You can use the community and family album function to talk and communicate with other members, encourage each other, promote friendship, and share various information.
-Useful and professional parenting and training information is provided continuously by field.
