Haru Movement aims to be a community where people can come together and have fun with all types of sports in the world.
I like questions and small talk. Information is better. I work out hard and I like the certification.
It’s not just about fitness. Yoga, Pilates, biking, hiking, and walking are all forms of exercise.

- Create your own exercise program (DIY)
A total of 1,200 movements are registered in Daily Exercise, including fitness, yoga, and Pilates.
You can create countless exercise programs by combining movements.

- Exercise program recommendations
Exercise is not difficult.
For those who want to start exercising for the first time, I recommend this exercise program.
Not only fitness, but also Pilates and yoga.
Based on over 750 exercise programs, we will recommend an exercise program with a level of difficulty tailored to your needs.

- Communicate through GIFs
‘Can I do this exercise if I have bad knees?’
Now you don't have to explain in writing what kind of exercise it is.
In Daily Exercise, there are about 1,200 moving exercise movements, so you can communicate directly through moving pictures (gifs).

- Schedule management
Register the exercise program you created or the recommended program on your own schedule and exercise.
You can feel proud when you look back at the exercise record data that accumulates day by day.
Once you get used to exercising, you will be able to create your own exercise program according to your preference.

Share the same goal through meetings and try to exercise consistently.
