Ratings and reviews

The ACH/Wire options getting disabled is a big hit for me and others. I'm looking for other options, you should too, there is no ETA on the situation getting solved. UPDATE: still no resolution on the ACH/Wire situation, they even removed the options altogether (they were just greyed out and said closed before) It is clear this is not a serious company, they lie. Do consider other options instead of using reserve.

There are two significant issues that make this app more of a problem than a tool: the prices for exchanges are pretty much below the actual market place, leading you to lose a considerable percentage of your money just by using this platform. Secondly, the app won't open at times, this can take hours or DAYS. It's not a one day thing. I'm glad I don't relay this wallet to my whole finances, but not having a channel for users to solve their issues in a reasonable period of time it's a huge NO.

Excellent app to have a rainbow of options to exchange money across, especially in regions with hyper inflation like Latin America. The interface its very intuitive, the customer service is well educated, responsive and diligent. This is an very well thought and structurally conceived app. Five stars!
