Try to log in, says I have to "Set up your device to get access" (which my phone is), takes me to an Internet page telling me to download company portal (which I have, is set up and is compliant), click the link for the company portal app which opens with no issue, go back to the right to work app and I have to start all over again. Just going round the same circle every time. Causing my new employer to be less than impressed that I can't prove my eligibility!

Was so easy at the start about 10months ago, but not keeps taking me to Microsoft log in page but doesn't recognise me when I try to log in via Microsoft 🤦🏾‍♀️

The app keep taking me to Microsoft home page , used it lots of times but stopped working
