The app is designed for patients undergoing ART and IUI programs at medical institutions in the Russian Federation.
The "ART Examination Checklist" is a reference tool for patients preparing for assisted reproductive technology programs. The app helps check the list of examinations and their expiration dates before IVF with stimulation, cryotransfer, and intrauterine insemination (IUI).
App features:
• Separate checklists for the patient and partner;
• Manual entry of examination and consultation dates;
• Check for a selected check date;
• Statuses: "Current," "Expiring Soon," "Expired," "Date Not Entered," and "Requires Manual Verification";
• Display of the expiration date and the number of days remaining;
• Filter examinations by status;
• Reference codes for examinations from popular laboratories;
• The user can choose to attach a PDF, JPEG, or PNG file to the item, view, or delete a local copy;
• Generating a local PDF report;
• Exporting a temporary ZIP package of the current scenario with a PDF summary and attached originals via the standard "Share" system menu.
Current timeframes are calculated using calendar months and the included deadline. Permanent data, for which regulatory documents do not specify a validity period, is separated from studies with a limited validity period.
This set of rules is based on Order No. 803n of the Russian Ministry of Health dated July 31, 2020, and applicable clinical guidelines. Regulatory requirements are separated from items that require additional clarification with the selected medical organization. Laboratory codes are for reference only: before ordering a study, they should be verified against the current catalog of the selected laboratory.
There are no registration, advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, or application server features. Dates and attached documents are processed and stored only locally on the device; the application does not recognize or interpret the contents of the documents. The presence of a document does not change the item's expiration date or status.
A ZIP package is created only upon a specific, explicit user action. The application does not send anything automatically, does not specify a recipient, or open the email. After the user selects "Share" from the system menu, the transferred copy is processed by the selected application or service in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The results are for informational purposes only. The application is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, consult a physician or other qualified medical provider. The final decision on the list and adequacy of tests is made by the medical organization.
The application is not a government service and does not represent the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
