Ratings and reviews

No way to register an international account or receive international help. I've had a package seemingly lost for weeks now, the russian sender is no longer contactable, and there hasn't been any assistance from anyone. Even someone using Google translate at this point would be better than the radio silence I've been getting.

The application is well optimized, the navigation is intuitive, the information is at the proper level.
