Did not want to download this app at all costs, but the government left no choice. I won't attach any cards or my ID data, given that all the latest reviews are 1⭐. People just don't trust you. And there is a reason for sure. Today wanted to add some money to the wallet through terminal, and... What a surprise, it shows that my monthly replenishment limit is exceeded and I can't fill it. Here's my secret, I was trying to fill it FOR THE FIRST TIME, and it tells "try next month". Bravo TellCell.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The app barely works properly, customer support is practically nonexistent, and even closing the wallet requires visiting a branch in person. Hard to believe such an outdated process still exists today. I’d strongly recommend refraining from installing it unless you want unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Impossible to use with foreign phone number. When purchase a ticket on physical card at the station I have to wait 5 minutes before enter... I have never seen such a mess. can't use foreign bank card for ride and for top up the account.
