Great application, the exercises are simple but you can see results if you are consistent. i was able to loose 20 lbs in about 6 months using this for excercise and Loose It for keeping track of what I ate. I tried the medium difficulty level, but it was too hard for me, so sticking to easy, just add more laps and weight. I really like it!!

It's a great app and the fact that it let's you create your own set of Exercises with your own intensity levels and that it helps you concentrate on the areas that u particularly want to improve makes it one of the best apps on the market..!! Just one request if u could add more exercises for the hip region to help concentrate on those ugly love handles and obliques more intensely. Ex fire hydrants, leg side pulses, single leg hip thrust, etc.. Thank you.

Too little to customize, Suppose I finish an excercise, the calendar updates, which is good, but if I made an extra alteration to my custom routine there is no way to track that. I can't even remove the data from previous entry and add it manually, which should've been an obvious functionality, there is no customizability in meal track, can't add whey protein etc.
