About this app

The Goscan app helps employees of organizations and individual entrepreneurs verify citizens' age, status, and eligibility for benefits using a QR code.

Log in as an employee of an organization

Log in to the app through Gosuslugi. If you have a machine-readable power of attorney (MRA) from an organization or individual entrepreneur, it will be added automatically.

Check documents using a QR code

Point the camera at the QR code of an electronic document or ID card. The app will immediately display the verification result and confirm age, status, and eligibility for benefits.

Switch between organizations

If you work with multiple organizations or individual entrepreneurs, switch between MRAs directly in the app—no need to log out and log back in each time.
