The state key is a simple, convenient, free mobile electronic signature technology that is always at hand.
In the Goskey application, each user who has a verified account on the State Services can receive a certificate for free and generate an enhanced qualified or unqualified electronic signature (UKEP or UNEP).
The application complies with the requirements for electronic signature tools.
Get an electronic signature certificate remotely and sign applications, contracts, documents from the State Services and other information systems integrated with the State Key with an enhanced qualified and unqualified electronic signature.
Ask a question about the State Key to a smart digital assistant on the State Services portal - robot Max - and find tips on services and the operation of the application.
To start obtaining a qualified certificate in the application, it is necessary that a document be sent to the application for signing with the appropriate type of signature.
The following remote methods for obtaining a UKEP certificate are currently implemented in the State Key:
-according to a valid international passport of a new generation, a device with an NFC module will also be required;
- for biometrics, if they have previously registered their data in a single biometric system.

Хотела бы задать вопрос: какое отношение к данному приложению имеет сервис Яндекс.Карты? В лицензионном соглашении имеется пункт: 4.4. Пользователь проинформирован и согласен, что при использовании Пользователем сервиса Яндекс.Карты, Яндексом в автоматическом режиме будет собираться, передаваться и храниться на серверах Яндекса включая, но не ограничиваясь, следующая информация: IP-адрес и ID-адрес устройства Пользователя, геолокационная информация о Пользователе...

Данные собираются только при использовании сервиса Яндекс Карт в приложении Госключ для отображении точек очной идентификации в процессе получения УКЭП.

Работает. Но прежде чем оно начнёт работать, нужно выдержать минут 5-10 крутящегося экрана загрузки 😁

Не читает данные с паспорта, как бы ни прикладывал телефон. NFC работает, паспорт нового образца — приложение нерабочее. UPD. Инструкция была некорректная, приложил телефон сильно по-другому, скорее с перевесом в левую сторону, а не правую, и сработало.
