Gosklyuch is a simple, convenient, and free mobile electronic signature technology that's always at your fingertips.

Using the Gosklyuch app, users with a verified Gosuslugi account can obtain an enhanced unqualified electronic signature certificate, while Russian citizens can also obtain a qualified electronic signature (UNEP or UKEP).

The app complies with the requirements for electronic signature tools.

Obtain an electronic signature certificate remotely and sign applications, contracts, documents from Gosuslugi, the MAX messenger, and other information systems integrated with Gosklyuch.

Ask questions about Gosklyuch to the digital assistant on Gosuslugi – Robot Max – and find tips on services and app operation.

To obtain a UKEP certificate in Gosklyuch, you will need to verify your identity:
- a valid new-style international passport; you will also need an NFC-enabled device
- standard or verified biometrics
- your passport by visiting a Multifunctional Center (MFC) or the bank specified on your card In the Gosklyuch app
