The Unified Payment Document (UPD) service is a regional digital project of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) that allows you to pay your housing and utility bills and capital repair fees in one place and with one click. It is only available for addresses located within the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
UPD provides residents of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) with a single window for interacting with housing and utility service providers, eliminating the need to visit their offices or create multiple personal accounts on their websites.

The service allows residents of Yakutia to:
- Receive all payment documents for housing and utility services combined into one;
- Pay for housing and utility services with one click anywhere in the world with internet access;
- Submit meter readings;
- Monitor the accuracy of charges based on the number of residents and the area of ​​the housing stock;
- Send inquiries to service providers online through the Feedback service if questions arise.
