About this app

"Dream Online" is an app for residents and guests of the "Dream" residential complex. Apply for guest and temporary vehicle passes, receive entry notifications, and view your entry history. A temporary pass can be created for a selected period, while vehicle information and available photos from the checkpoint are collected in a single card. Read channel posts and receive personal "VMechtu" messages directly within "Dream Online." You can reply to incoming messages within the app. A separate "VMechtu" app is available for the full range of messenger features. The real estate section features options for purchasing a home in "Dream" at developer prices and special terms. Here you can also submit a request to sell your property or begin an upgrade by moving to another property within the residential complex. Work is carried out directly in collaboration with the Dream residential complex. The app also provides a directory of organizations and specialists, up-to-date contacts and communication methods, business profiles, reviews and ratings, transport schedules, and other public sections of the complex. Key public features can be viewed without registration. Functions related to address, vehicles, and access to the territory are available only to verified residents. Version 1.0 has a faster launch and independent screen loading. Previously downloaded basic information remains accessible even with an unstable connection. The interface is adapted for phones and tablets.

Обновили каталог жилья: добавили фильтры по комнатам, площади дома и участка, поиск по точному номеру объекта и зависимые варианты фильтров. Улучшили стартовую загрузку ленты «ВМечту».
