Excellent app love it 5 stars I hve tried many other apps (will not name them) but this is the best app I hve ever seen for rooted users :) 5 stars
Cm9 support please?!?! Thanks for adding cm9 support, will try it when i go back :-) Love this app...but upgraded to cm9 and hate that this doesn't work...gonna have to find another app that can move everything or unpartition SD card. Don't really want to go back to cm7 but that's an option as my cm9 is only alpha :-)
Be careful Be careful with this app. Don't install this unless you know how to get back your apps if this app fails to work Here's the problem: this app moved all my apps and data to /sd-ext/app and /sd-ext/data and did not properly mount these folders to /data/app and /data/data properly causing all my apps to disappear. I did a quick fix by installing another script to properly mount data and app directories. This got back my apps and data. So unless you know how to get back your apps in case if S2E fails to work, don't install it.
Super Awesome Awesome app works like a charm.. Used to have link2sd but this one is better way better keep it up Dev......:)
Does what it promises. My HTC Legend is still perfectly usable phone, but the 180M internal storage space just doesn't cut it these days when an average apps are over 50 megs a piece. So after adding a 3 gigabyte ext3 partition onto my SD card, I installed this program, selected what I wanted to move and rebooted. After a rather lengthy reboot everything was still in place, except the phone's internal storage is now virtually empty and I have all the space I need. You might want to note that this program needs Cyanogenmod or compatible Android distribution to work. It will move your existing apps to the newly created partition, but you're on your own when repartitioning and mkfs'ing the new partition. Not probably a problem if you're familiar with Linux. In short, the app mounts the ext3-partition on your SD card over the internal flash data path at boot. The programs are none the wiser what has happened, except you have as much storage space as you want. The downside is that the SD cards tend to be a bit slower than the internal flash, but atleast I can live it it. Recommended.
Some space at last! Nexus One and its limited internal memory no more! Re sized my sd card (with GParted) to create an ext partition and installed this app. As simple as that. Great easy to use app.
