We cannot influence the following situations and they should not be the cause of a bad assessment:
• You did not find your city, institution, doctor. This is managed by the institutions themselves, if at all working with our software. List of institutions we work with https://goo.gl/A82xVV
• The doctor takes the wrong address at which you signed up. Sometimes institutions unload schedules without distributing doctors to branches.
• You clicked on a free ticket and received a message that it is already taken. So someone is ahead of you.
• Coupons that you took at the health facility or terminal are not displayed in the application.
• Some doctors require you to enter a referral, but not via a terminal.
• Error: You are attached to another institution.
