It's the easiest way to install Linux but I didn't like the builds. Way too small and most builds don't have a text editor, browser, libre office, can't install software from software-center as root..etc. Why not support Macpup or a basic script for the LinuxonAndroid app iso downloads? A simple insert ISO here situation, then click run?? So much work done in this app but the choices didn't turn out to suit me. Sorry.
It sucks you have to buy the piggy helper to access a repository of FREE linux builds which is ridiculous. Why pay for a free linux rather than download your own and install it onto your phone? What a ripoff. As such all flavors of Linux are free under the GPL.
An interesting concept that ultimately failed for two reasons. The first being the inability to reboot the downloaded distro (I tried rebooting my phone, stopping and starting the container and googling it) effectively preventing you from using the downloaded distro long-term. The second reason is the poor documentation. Without any docs for this program I ultimately couldn't find any form of solution. So tldr is that the app is a cool idea but needs work.
