My MTS is an application in which it is convenient to manage MTS services, check the balance, control expenses, set up tariffs and services.
In the catalog you will find tariffs and subscriptions, mobile and fixed communication services, services for children, recreation, safety and health. All services of the MTS ecosystem - in one application.

So, what can you do in My MTS:

- Manage your numbers and your loved ones
Add your mobile numbers, smart devices, home internet and TV, and the numbers of your loved ones - so you will have quick access to all information about them. And switching between accounts is easy - on the main screen with the usual swipe.

— Replenish balance and manage finances
Control the balance, make payments or transfers. Top up your balance using SBP, bank cards, auto payment or other methods. You can also transfer funds within the Russian Federation and the CIS, replenish transport cards and electronic wallets, pay for parking, housing and communal services, public services and much more.

— Control expenses and balances by packages
Keep track of your spending, check the write-off forecast or order a breakdown. Analyze how many GB, SMS and minutes you spend. Data is available for six months to users of package tariffs. And also check the balance by packages of minutes, SMS and GB of Internet.

- Set up a profile for yourself

Look for loved ones on the map using the built-in My Search service. Enter it through "Catalogue" - "My Search" and add the MTS or MegaFon subscriber number to see the location of its owner on the map. Wait until the subscriber gives you consent to access his location.

- Set up protection against spam calls Connect the MTS Defender service - it blocks spam calls, and you do not waste your time on dubious calls. Select "Defender" in the "Catalog" section, connect and set the rules for the anti-spam service. You will be able to edit the list of numbers, read transcripts of blocked calls and manage notifications about them. A free caller ID is also available for Zashchitnik users. Caller ID will show which organization you are calling from and the level of security according to our data from Big Data.

- Receive great deals
On the main screen in the "Prizes and Gifts" block, you can win discounts on digital products and communication services, promotional codes for useful and entertaining services from MTS and partners - MTS Music, KION online cinema, Lines and many others.

Traffic in the application is not consumed and is not paid. The fee is charged according to the tariff only if you install and update My MTS or follow external links.

you have weaknesses in your network some time the signal is lost when travelling by train , but you can improve your network by using the fiber lines close to the rail train in big area , also i think the customer service is not bad and can be improved. thanks said Alramadneh telecom expert

terrible application. The front end is good, but the servers are slow, and as a result the app never shows the correct balance of your account.
