With Virtual PBX, not a single call will go unanswered. The service allows you to monitor company calls, configure their routes, set up call forwarding, integrate your CRM system with telephony, and much more.

The mobile application is a convenient alternative to the Virtual PBX web interface. Thanks to the application, the main functions of the service are available directly on your smartphone, at any moment and wherever you are.

Monitor calls and listen to their recordings:
- see summary information on calls that your employees received, missed or made today,
- find any call in the call history and listen to its recording (to waste less time, increase the playback speed),
- analyze statistics for any period on your smartphone screen.

Set up Virtual PBX:
- change the rules for operating numbers,
- set up redirection,
- create and edit users and departments.

To log into the application, enter the username and password of the Virtual PBX user.
