Приложение сырое. Поставщики услуг постоянно отваливаются, в результате то показания не передать, то оплатить невозможно. Визуально тоже привет из интернета нулевых. Мало того, что интерфейс не слишком юзерфрендли, всё выглядит в лучших традициях госприложений, где дизайнеру платят пирожками из столовки (если он вообще есть). Поскольку конкурентов у приложухи особо нет, народу приходится пользоваться, а разработчики, видимо, придерживаются этого же мнения: зачем стараться, если и так схавают
