Appendix "Surdodialog FNL" is intended to provide a reference and information and advisory support to the residents of the Novosibirsk region with hearing disabilities through the provision of services to remote Russian translation of sign language using video technology.

3. Text chat in video mode.
4. The automatic transmission of geographical coordinates of the location and display of the subscriber on the map interpreter operator. Automatic detection of the address of the current location of the subscriber.

6. Saving sharing session, and the text of correspondence between the operator and the subscriber.
