The mobile application “SURDO-HELP” helps deaf and hard of hearing people successfully interact with the hearing world.
The first Russian unified platform that combines functional services for people with hearing impairments in one place. Using simple functions of the application, you can contact a sign language interpreter via video link, translate speech into text, and also use a virtual sign language interpreter who speaks Russian sign language.

Speech to text translation service - online speech subtitling for the hearing impaired. This function is suitable for meeting the needs of hard of hearing and deaf users who speak written Russian. The essence of the function is to translate speech into text, so that a hearing-impaired person will be able to conduct a dialogue independently.

The function of video communication with a sign language interpreter is a remote sign language interpreting service that provides video access to a live sign language interpreter of Russian sign language. With this feature, the user can contact a sign language interpreter during his office hours.

The function of virtual sign language interpretation is artificial intelligence that speaks Russian sign language. A virtual sign language interpreter translates text/speech into Russian sign language.

To take advantage of all the functions, the user must be authorized in one of the proposed accounts: VK, Google account.
