What is WatchNote?

WatchNote is an easy to use notes app for your Pebble Smartwatch.

It supports multiple notes and checklists that will be instantly synced with your Pebble smartwatch.

You can sync the app with your Evernote account to easily manage your Pebble WatchNotes from almost
everywhere.

There is no constant internet connection needed to push notes to your Pebble.

On your Pebble smartwatch you can switch through notes out of a menu, to display that note or checklist.

PebbleDialler completely revamps calling controls. It allows you to answer calls, decline calls, toggle speakerphone, toggle mic mute right from your pebble.

You can also place calls right from pebble without even touching your phone, by browsing call history or filtering through contacts and groups.

Shows the next appointments from your Android calendar on the Pebble smartwatch. With plugins, it can also show a lot of other stuff :)

Installation: after installing the Android app, the watchapp can be installed through the menu in the Android app.

This will only work with PebbleOS version 2.0 and up.

Make calls from your wrist using Pebble. Select from call history or predefined contacts.
Now you can send predefined SMS messages. Long press the contact in history or in contacts list to open the message select menu.
You can see incoming/outgoing call notification with the ability to reject/answer/mute the call. You can also reject the call and send and sms by long pressing the down button on the Pebble. Root is required to be able to reject/answer/mute an incoming call. By default this feature is disabled. If you want to try it out, make sure you disable the call notifications in the default pebble app.

Make sure you have the latest watch app installed.

THIS APP IS COMPATIBLE ONLY WITH CYANOGENMOD BASED ROMS (CyanogenMOD 7 or higher) AND THEIR DERIVATES, and allows the user to select two profiles: One that is automatically activated when Pebble watch is connected and another that is activated when the Pebble is disconnected.

WatchApp Features

A smart watchface with a lot of information gathered from internet.

I spend further nights of development to present V 2.1 of my Infowatch. The whole watchface is revisited and is now nearly fully configurable. In a summery:

Rather additive the time, day and date the bluetooth connection as well as the battery state is shown (in nearly any language). Currently selectable are English, German, Spain, Italian, Czech and French. If you provide further languages to me I will add them.

In addition two further dynamic and fully configurable Info Panels are provided - one is small the other is in comparison tall.

The small Info Panel is static. In the Companion App you can select if you want to see the course of the sun, two fix stock values, the weather forecast for the next couple of hours or a news ticker.

The tall Info Panel changes after a delay of time and shows the actual weather, further stock values plus their change rates, the weather forecast of the next two days in 3 hour steps for the expected sun and the rain and last but not least news over news. ;) Note: Because I'm living in germany and I'm currently not traveling around I can't see if there is a shift in time - please report.

In the right lower corner of the actual weather Info Panel a timestamp of the last received data and the per GPS determined whereabouts of the pebble are shown. The weather relates to the currently shown location.

In case an errors occurs during data transfer between pebble and phone the error is reported in the location textlayer too. Note: Even though the final Android pebble App is released, in my opinion the App is still not stable. :( I've done a brunch of programming to handle data transfer errors or to manage missing connection issues. In my personal opinion the beta7 was still more stable. But I'm sure the pebble team will master the challenge. ;)

In case the domicile can't be determined by GPS, in the Companion App a default location can be configured that is shown instead. The location can be searched by name or by GPS and can be selected afterwards out of a result list.

News are provided by n-tv, stern, New York Times, BBC, Pebble ;) and Le Figaro - the companion app offers currently 19 preconfigured news channels.

In addition now every internet RSS or Atom Feed can be used as a news provider. Select the option "My own RSS feed" and enter the corresponding HTML Link in the textfield below. ;)

Yes, the watchface cost little money. Sure it's no problem to take a copy. Believing in the goodness of mankind I've not spend much time to prevent such attempts. But be aware that the developer spend much, much time and has to live from a little money. Finally furher apps will suffer, because without a little donation I've to do other things

Control Tasker directly from your Pebble watch.

Choose three tasks to activate anytime without taking your phone out of your pocket. Have these tasks change based on Tasker profiles. Want to access navigation tasks while driving, but also have home automation tasks while at home? Need more than three tasks? Chain tasks together or take advantage of the 20-task secondary menu (by holding the middle button). Program PebbleTasker to open up or close based on Tasker events, so that your three tasks are ready to be used as soon as you get in your car or get home.

REQUIRES TASKER BY CRAFTY APPS. Make sure you have Tasker installed before installing PebbleTasker.
Also requires latest Pebble firmware. Check the firmware inside the Pebble app if you have any issues.

INSTRUCTIONS: Inside Tasker, go to the Preferences menu, and under the Misc tab, make sure "Allow External Access" is enabled.

Tasker must already be installed before installing this app. If PebbleTasker still doesn't work, please uninstall and reinstall the app.

If you're getting a "Loading..." screen that won't go away, you need to update your Pebble's firmware to the latest version. Check inside the Pebble app under the 3-dot menu for the "Check for FW Update" option. If you're running the latest version, restart the watch by pressing the middle button for more than 10 seconds, and toggle the Bluetooth on your phone. That should fix it.

Changes in 1.4:

New Tasker plugin:
- Now custom tasks are separate from the default ones, allowing one to restore to a default menu with much ease through Tasker.
- You can now open AND close the watch app through Tasker.
- The plugin now shows a more useful description for the specific action.

- New tasks menu! Supports up to 20 tasks. This will be improved as the Pebble API gets more mature. Loading a short menu can be quick, but loading a full 20-task menu may take up to 10 seconds. Press and hold the middle button to activate.
- Tasks can now be renamed for the Pebble's screen.
- Press-and-hold actions for the top and down buttons can now be assigned to separate tasks.
- You can now choose to close the watch app after executing a certain task.
- Ability to close the watch app if it hasn't been used for a while (3 minutes of no data communication).
- Enabled support for populating the Glance Tasker menu with the main three tasks from PebbleTasker. This is useful if you use Glance, but don't want to set up intents through Tasker. This feature is beta!
