About this app

"Gosuslugi Dom" is a free, multi-functional app for managing housing and utility services. The service is based on information entered by housing and utility companies into the State Information System for Housing and Utilities (GIS Housing and Utilities). Log in with a verified Gosuslugi account, and your property will be automatically uploaded.

With the app, users can:
— submit all utility meter readings;
— pay all utility bills;
— submit applications to the management company and receive official responses;
— answer intercom calls and control access to the building;
— vote at general meetings of owners;
— communicate with neighbors and the management company in official building chats;
— review the management company's annual reports;
— report accidents to the emergency dispatch service;
— view CCTV cameras and control barriers or gates;
— order water meter verification from an accredited laboratory;
— purchase insurance to protect your apartment.

• Переработали раздел с отчётами о расходах и доходах. Теперь отчёты отображаются у домов с любой формой управления
