About this app

The SNTclub platform allows you to automate most tasks in SNT, thereby saving time, effort and nerves of both SNT Chairmen and Gardeners. The platform is suitable for villages of any form of ownership - SNT/DNP/DNT, as well as for GSK.

In addition, the system allows you to automate the acceptance of payments, thereby sharply reducing the percentage of non-payers. To activate this SNT function, you do not need to sign additional contracts or anything else. Everything is available in a few clicks. Interest on payments is borne by the payers.

Available on our platform:

The SNT website is the public page of your SNT. Post useful information and share it with gardeners. You can connect your domain.

Communication with gardeners - send mailing lists to users, create posts or surveys, conduct discussions directly in personal accounts.

Voting – on our platform we can conduct a full-fledged online voting that will comply with all the requirements of current legislation.

Register of plots – maintaining a register of plots has never been so convenient. You can easily import your current owner registry into our platform and then add to it as needed. Nothing will go missing or get lost; if necessary, you can always download it from your personal account.

SNT accounting - entering balances, maintaining the history of accruals, generating receipts, making payments, as well as importing statements from your banks. All this is available on our platform.

Working with debtors - we know that debtors are the biggest headache in SNT. We have developed and will improve the mechanism for working with debtors. Now you can create a pre-trial claim in a couple of clicks and send it to the owner by mail.
