Russian Student Spring (Program) - the only one in the Russian program of support and development of amateur student's creativity. The program is implemented in the territory of the Russian Federation since 1993 and includes 80 regional, district, eight, ten national and two international events. Every year in the program involving more than 1.5 million students, representing nearly 1,000 universities and colleges from all over the country.
The founders of the program are the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Ministry of Culture, the All-Russian public organization "Russian Union of Youth."
The program is aimed at improving the student's creativity support system, the development of mechanisms to support creative activity in the sphere of culture and arts, including traditional folk culture, preservation and promotion of cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia, the use of Russian cultural potential for the formation of a positive image of the country abroad.
Over the history of the Program of All-Russian festival of national final was held in the following cities: Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, St. Petersburg, Kemerovo, Kazan, Perm, Volgograd, Togliatti, Vladivostok, Tula, Moscow.
In carrying out the program of activities weighty organizational and financial support is provided by the regional authorities, including the authorities of Youth.
The final festival is held with the personal participation of governors, which confirms the importance of the program and enhances the image of the festival among the participants, spectators and the public in the region.
It is impossible to overestimate the contribution of administrations and educational institutions, which is constantly working to find and support talented students, create conditions for the development of creative teams. Many universities annually hold their own steps, "Russian Student Spring" and are able to send their delegations to the final event. Thanks to the multi-faceted support of the program "Russian Student Spring" became an outstanding event for the city, where the final festival, and a real treat for every student.
