For Android 5.1 or higher. Dual SIM support. Try free version before buying. To see Cell on map BTS file must be loaded. ARFCN and Band are available for Android 7 or higher.
App could be usefull for cellular network engineers.

Ratings and reviews

Good app, just small request. Can't this app run on coarse location mode e.g via Wi-Fi scans or mobile networks? Constantly keeping GPS on is undesirable.

An excellent app by a very responsive developer. Worth buying the Pro version for the Dual SIM widget alone.

Forces you to grant Location permission "Allow all the time" before you can even enter the app. Avoid.
