Yandex Disk is a Russian cloud-based file storage similar to Dropbox, Google Drive, and iCloud. Data is stored in multiple copies in different data centers in Russia, so you'll always have access to your files.

Ratings and reviews

It was so useful for storing my files and accessing them from different devices. However with the newest update it gets stuck on the loading the file/folder page. I tried to make some files offline but they don't get downloaded. I can no longer use the mobile app. I don't know what is causing this but I hope it gets fixed soon

Very limited photos edit options. There's no option to create a secure shared albums listed in app and web version. The most annoying thing to me: it's impossible to pick a language of interface, app is bounded to the system language. Since I'm Russian but got used to have an English interface on my phone, but I have no option to choose Russian for this particular Russian app.

Brilliant, until I could not access the app. I would do fingerprint? So to access settings I need to do what first? I can't access any Yandex apps on my new device. So I can't create password or pin. I need to access it first to do that. Blame Google. Monopoly. SMS codes are rigged to never sync. So you can't create new passwords.

What's new

We updated the Photos section and added new display types. To view all your photos and videos for the month, select the small tiles. The smart tile will show large previews for each new day. If you want to see large previews of all the photos, switch to the large tiles.
