Ratings and reviews

Internal navigation lacks of important features available only in Yandex Navigator which is bundled with irrelevant ad-services like gambling or banking services I never ever looked for on a device. They rejected to enable auto-accept orders function because they still haven't tested that as they mentioned in support thread. The feature itself became available years ago. If you did not accepted incoming order In time (in next 3 seconds) while driving you will be banned for 4 hours. Take care.

My delivery access was restricted after order 3092912 despite no rule violation. I delivered the parcel as instructed, security confirmed receipt. Support ignored my requests for 48+ hours and provided no written explanation or evidence. I request a formal review by the Account Safety Team.

For the version please make sure that the photocontrol notifications sound is fixed at the same level as the system notifications volume. it's annoying that this is always still notifying with the maximum even after setting up the app volume to be as low or high as system notifications. The volume is not needed in maximum level at all. And on top it just randomly notify anywhere, and that very dangerous especially when driving and getting surprised by such a lound worthless notification.
