The pickup point is very long and sometimes they're cancelling the order even after reaching their location. And it wastes a lot of fuel and time , so the yandex management should look into this. They have to charge some money if they do like that

Yandex app are not showing order is ready or not ready .this is very big problem for couriers. Yandex team solve this issue.

What’s new

The «I'm Here» button is now available for City to City trips. This allows you to start a trip early if both the passenger and driver are ready. We've also added a recommendation system: if a passenger cancels a trip request, the driver can find a similar trip to replace it.
