the support section for the courriers in Yandex pro in Armenia is useless. (there are only 2 people who support for all the courriers, the same 2 names appear in all courrier's app... I have sent a message to the support since 10 days, and yet no answer..

Developers did everything so company would pay you as little as possible! App freezes or crashes or gives error as soon as you about to go on planned slot or deliver to a client or pick up order. And YOU will lose money. Do not work with them.

Extremely driver unfriendly service - their only goal is to suck off all the money they can from you. Technical support solves nothing, except total trivia. Rating system is absolutely unfair, and there no way you could protect yourself from inadequate clients ratings. And also service provides no support in any conflict and payment refusal wich could occur between you and your passengers.
