Don't give it any permissions it asks for - it works fine without them. The only good reason to use the app is video/calls tool to/within Russia. Sadly the quality is not good when making calls from other countries to Russia. Within RU it's ok.

I can't receive the verification SMS message no matter what; I tried several times. I tried to contact the support through the app, but they replied to in Russian...

In chat, there is no option to copy a link from a message — only to open it directly. This means that I can't examine a link without opening it, which is unsafe.
