Moto X Pure Style Okay, I'm trying to restore the original firmware of my phone. It's downloaded from multiple sources and only compression file system is "gzip". I found out that only a select operating systems on my PC would read it. None of which I had, they were outdated. So I start looking in my phone to extract it cause hey, this format is meant to be used for Android systems. I found one before this one and I just have to say I'm glad that I kept looking. The interface, and the power it gives to modify files. Obliged
Crashed. Dear ZArchiver team, i recently have an issue about crash everytime i extract something and open it in other application (ex. Gallery or Music Player) and it consume my internal memory. I prefer the earlier version. But overally it runs good and it's a very useful app. Thanks.
Used this on my old phone all the time, and it was amazing. Trying this on a new phone I just got today, and it won't even attempt to complete any processes on the SD card. It won't paste, move, extract, rename, delete, or anything. The Zarchiver logo appears in the notification bar, but it quickly disappears without saying anything at all. It works fine for internal memory file management though. Using Samsung Galaxy S3, firmware 4.4.2
What every retrogamer MUST INSTALL if they play vintage consoles on Android. Seriously. My favorite site for emulation offers files in 7Zip. Not natively supported on Android. Also great for Linux nerds like me. Debian and RPM packages, tarballs and every compressed file opens flawlessly.
No move? I really like this app, and it's probably the best at extracting compressed files. The one thing holding it back from being my main file manager is that you can't move files. I tried cut and paste but it didn't work. Maybe I missed it, but I don't see it.
Google is shit this is not. No ads, tons of support, compression algorithms, and a pretty UI. All around: awesome. Tarballs must be named with the short version of the extension, eg: .tgz instead of tar.gz. This seems more of an issue with Android's MIME handling and FS with less to do with ZArchiver...if it involves this app at all.
